We want your family to feel completely confident. If the Senlo Guardian isn’t right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
- Email support@getsenlo.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you simple return instructions.
- Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within a few business days of us receiving your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
1-year warranty
Every Guardian is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn’t working as it should, contact us and we’ll make it right.
